We released version 2022.3.2 on November 17, 2022 with the following changes.
After July 12, 2022, Microsoft will no longer support SQL Server 2012 or earlier. Therefore, as of the v.2022.2.0
Accounting CS
release, scheduled for late June 2022, your firm must have SQL Server 2014 or higher installed on the servers that run Accounting CS
. See Discontinued support for Microsoft SQL Server 2012 for details and steps you can take to continue using Accounting CS
without interruption. note

We've removed the ability to create and submit ACH reversal files in the Manage Files window of the Process Direct Deposit screen when ACH is processed by Kotapay.
To help protect your company and your clients, effective November 17, 2022, Kotapay will no longer accept reversal ACH files. The Reversals/Adjustments Form must be submitted in place of the reversal ACH files. This will help eliminate any reversals sent in error from Accounting CS. To access the form, log in at www.kotapay.com and go to Other Services, then Online Reversals/Adjustments Form.
