Print Client Check Counts report

The Client Check Counts report is a fast way to determine how many checks your firm processes for each client. The report includes the client ID and client name and gives the number of payroll and vendor checks finalized within a specific period. This includes checks that have been printed, voided, deleted, reversed, or marked as handwritten. Checks that have been transmitted to Employee Self-Service portals are counted separately and not included in the Payroll column of the report.
  1. Select
    File
    , then
    Print Reports
    .
  2. In the
    Print Reports
    screen, double-click the
    Firm
    folder to expand the selection of reports.
  3. Double-click the
    Client Check Counts
    report to add it to the Selected Reports list.
  4. Select the date range for the billing cycle that you want to review.
  5. Select
    Print Selected
    to open the
    Print
    window.
  6. Mark the checkbox for each output you want to use.
  7. Select
    OK
    to print the Client Check Counts report to the selected outputs.
