Hide zero amounts

Use
Print Zero
in the Row and Column Properties of Design Tools to show or hide rows or columns with zero amounts.
  1. Select
    File
    , then
    Report Designer
    .
  2. Double-click a report or financial statement in the Reports List to open it in the design grid.

    Before you make changes to a report (including letters and financial statements) in Report Designer, we recommend that you select
    File
    , then
    Save as
    to save the report with a different name. To restore it, select
    File
    , then
    Restore Default
    .
  3. Select a row in the design grid to hide zero amounts.
  4. In the Row Properties section of the Design Tools frame, clear the
    Print zeros
    checkbox.
  5. In the design grid, select the 1st column to hide zero amounts.
  6. In the Column Properties section of the Design Tools frame, clear the
    Print zeros
    checkbox.
  7. Select
    File
    , then
    Save as
    to save the changes in the report.
