Print address mailing labels

The Accounting CS Library includes reports you can import into your Accounting CS database that enable you to print address mailing labels for clients, staff, vendors, customers, and employees in the Avery 5160 format: 1” x 2-5/8”, 30 per sheet, 3 across/10 down.

Import the label reports

  1. If you haven't already done so, add the Accounting CS Library portlet to 1 or more of your dashboards.
    1. In the applicable dashboard, add a new view or select an existing view to add the portlet to that view.
    2. Select the
      Select Portlets
      link, or right-click and choose
      Select Portlets
      .
    3. In the
      Select Portlets
      window, mark the
      Accounting CS Library
      checkbox and select
      OK
      .
    4. If necessary, you can resize and move the portlet to the appropriate size and location in the view.
  2. In the Accounting CS Library portlet, locate the item to import. Use the
    Import
    icon to send the type of label you need to be printed to
    Print
    , then
    Reports
    .

Print labels

  1. Select
    File
    , then
    Print Reports
    .
  2. In the
    Print Reports
    screen, double-click the appropriate folder to expand the selection of reports.

  3. Double-click the report to add it to the Selected Reports list.
  4. Select a filter if needed.
  5. Select
    Print Selected
    to open the
    Print
    window.
  6. Mark the checkbox for each output you want to use. If using labels, select
    Output to printer
    and choose the printer where the labels have been inserted. You can also select
    Output to file: Adobe Acrobat
    and create a PDF file for future use.
  7. Select
    OK
    to print the data to the selected outputs for labels.
