screen, double-click any report or report profile to add them to the Selected Reports list and choose the print options for each report.

Select the Chart of Accounts - Detailed report from the Accounting folder to create a spreadsheet you can use to import a client's chart of accounts.
Accounting Treatment Options:
The accounting basis can be set up in the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tabs on the Clients screen to be used as the default for reports that use the Client basis and reports that depend on a basis, but don't offer the accounting treatment options at print time.
Basis types that are applied to amounts in a report or financial statement in the Report Designer Design Tools frame aren't overwritten with the basis that is selected in the Print Options window at print time.
Journal Entry Format
APSUM is a reference that's used when summarizing entries for Accounts Payables.
ARSUM is a reference that's used when summarizing entries for Accounts Receivables.
The reference PAYROLL is used when summarizing Payroll Journals (you can customize this reference on the
Enter Transactions
screen options on the Transaction Defaults tab).
Select
Print Selected
to open the Print window.
If you want page numbers to continue across all of the reports and profiles that you're printing, mark the
Continue page numbering across reports/profiles
checkbox and select a starting page number. Otherwise, page numbering will restart at
1
for each report.
Mark the checkbox for each output you want to use for this report.
Printer.
Select the appropriate printer and then specify the number of copies to print, the page range, and whether to print duplex or single-sided pages.

Page range options are unavailable (grayed) when you access the Print window via
Print Selected
. However, you can select page range options when you choose to print documents from the
Print Preview
screen.
When your firm is licensed for GoFileRoom and the GoFileRoom Client Add-In is installed, the
GoFileRoom
option is available in the drop-down list for the
Output to printer
field. You'll need to choose a file format (*.pdf, *.rtf, *.txt, or *.xls) from the dropdown. When you print to GoFileRoom, the application opens the
Print to GoFileRoom
window, where you can select the drawer and index information.
When your firm is licensed for Workpapers CS and the Workpapers CS print driver is installed, the
Workpapers CS
option is available in the dropdown for the
Output to printer
field. When you print to Workpapers CS, the application opens the
Workpaper Properties
window, where you can select the client, binder name, and folder location, and enter a workpaper reference and workpaper name.
FileCabinet CS.
This option is available when your firm is licensed for FileCabinet CS and it's installed. When you print to FileCabinet CS, the application opens the
FileCabinet CS Documents
window, where you can select the FileCabinet CS location, document names, and other document options. When you mark the
Send to NetClient CS Document Presentation
checkbox, the application automatically queues documents within FileCabinet CS to send to your client's Document Presentation portal in NetClient CS.
Onvio Documents.
This option is available when your firm is licensed for Onvio Documents. You'll need to also choose a file format (*.pdf, *.rtf, *.txt, or *.xls) from the dropdown. When you choose this option, you'll need to sign into Onvio Documents, where you can select

to send the item to the Documents area for the selected client.
Engagement CS.
This option is available when your firm is licensed for Engagement CS and it's installed. When you print to Engagement CS, the application opens the
Print to Engagement CS
window, where you can select the CSA data location, client, engagement, and document name.
File.
Select the file type and specify the location in which to save the reports. For Adobe Acrobat (*.pdf) files, you can password protect the documents, if desired. When you mark the
Open file when complete
checkbox, the application automatically opens the documents in the default application based on the selected file type.
Select
OK
to print the reports to the selected outputs.

To preview or print a report, you'll need to have the appropriate security group permissions to access the specific reports listed in the profile.
To print reports for multiple clients, select
is in the list

is in the name range

Client
dropdown in the Client section. When using

, select to open the
Multiple Selection
window. Select the appropriate clients from the list then select
OK
to print report data for those selected clients only.
To save report options currently specified for all of the selected reports that are not within a report profile, select
Save Report Options
.
To change the order in which the reports are printed, select a report or report profile and drag it to the desired location in the list.
To preview the selected reports and report profiles before printing, select
Preview Selected
.
You can set additional report printing options in the
User Preferences
window, such as printing report profiles as a single document or a set of individual documents.
