Set up your firm and staff

Personalize documents with logos and signatures

You can add your firm's logo and signatures to the following documents in Accounting CS:
  • Reports
  • Firm billing invoices
  • Financial statements
  • Letters
You can also add your client's logo to the following documents:
  • Checks
  • Deposit slips
  • Customer invoices
  • Statements

For your firm

  1. Select
    Setup
    ,
    Firm Information
    ,
    Firm
    , then the
    Images
     tab.
  2. Select Options next to
    Logo
     or
    Signature
    .
  3. Select
    Insert
    , choose your file, then select
    Open
    .
  4. Select
    Done
    .
  5. Select
    Enter
     to save.

Client checks and deposit slips

  1. Select
    Setup
    ,
    Bank Accounts or Setup
    ,
    Firm Information
    , then
    Impound Bank Accounts
    .
  2. Select the client and bank account.
  3. Select
    Edit
    , then the
    Layouts
     tab.
  4. In the Images section, select Options next to
    Logo
     or
    Signature
    .
  5. Select
    Insert
    , choose your file, and select
    Open
    .
  6. Select
    Done
    .
  7. Select
    Enter
     to save.

Client's invoices and statements

  1. Select
    Setup
    ,
    Clients
    ,
    Edit
    , then the
    Accounts Receivable
     tab.
  2. Select Options next to
    Logo
     or
    Signature
    .
  3. Select
    Insert
    , choose your file, and select
    Open
    .
  4. Select
    Done
    .
  5. Select
    Enter
     to save.

Reports, financial statements, and letters

  1. Select
    File
    , then
    Report Designer
    .
  2. Select the cell where you want to add an image.
  3. Select
    Insert
    , then
    Variable
    .
  4. Expand
    Firm
    Images
    .
  5. Drag the image variable to your layout.
  6. Select
    File
    , then
    Print Preview
     to review.

Checks, deposit slips, invoices, and statements

  1. Select
    File
    , then
    Layout Designer
    .
  2. Select
    Insert
    , then
    Variable
    .
  3. Find the correct variable for your document type.
  4. Drag the image variable to your layout.
