Assign roles to additional contacts

You can use the
Additional Contact Roles
screen to create roles that can then be assigned to any of a client's additional contacts. You can edit and inactivate existing roles here, and you can delete them if they're not yet assigned to any additional contacts.
  1. Choose
    Setup
    ,
    Firm
    , then
    Additional Contact Roles
    .
  2. Select
    Add
    , then enter the name of a new role to add it to the
    Additional Contact Roles
    list. These roles will then be available for selection in the
    Client Additional Contacts
    window.
  3. Mark the
    Inactive
    checkbox to inactivate the role and make it unavailable for selection on client records in the future.
