California DE 8ALL - Print a nonsubmittable tax payment worksheet

If you select to make California DE 88ALL liability payments outside of Accounting CS and need to print a nonsubmittable tax payment worksheet. Follow the steps to print the worksheet.

Print the DE 8ALL nonsubmittable tax payment worksheet

  1. Select
    Setup
    ,
    Vendors
    , then the
    Employment Development Department
     vendor.
  2. In the Payment Preferences section of the
    Main
     tab, select
    Payment
     in the
    Method
     field.
  3. Mark the
    Include payment worksheet
     checkbox.
  4. Select
    Enter
     to save the vendor information.
  5. Select
    File
    ,
    Print Checks
    , the
    Payroll Liabilities
     tab, then
    DE 88ALL liability payment
    .
  6. Select
    Print Selected
    . Because the payment method for this liability is
    Payment
    , no check will print, but the
    Print Payment Forms
     window will open.
  7. In the
    Print Payment Forms
     window, select
    Print Selected
     to print the nonsubmittable tax payment worksheet.
note
Prior to printing, you can view the worksheet by selecting the
Print Preview
, but the
Print Preview
 screen doesn’t offer an option to print.

Change the payment method back to electronic

If you're printing the nonsubmittable tax payment worksheet just for your records, but will still be paying the liability electronically, you'll need to change the payment method back to Electronic after printing the worksheet.
  1. Select
    Actions
     then
    Enter Transactions
    , making sure that the correct client is selected on the screen.
  2. Select the payment transaction in the Transactions list and select
    Void
    .
  3. With the voided transaction selected, select
    Delete
    .
  4. Select
    Setup
     then
    Vendors
    .
  5. In the Payment Preferences section of the
    Main
     tab, select
    Electronic
     in the
    Method
     field.
  6. Select
    Enter
     to save the vendor information.
  7. Follow the  procedure to make the payment.
  8. Make the payment electronically.
