Send a document request follow-up email

After creating and sending a document request to a client, you can also send a follow-up email about the request.
To send a document request follow-up email:
  1. Sign in to AdvanceFlow, choose an engagement, then select the
    Communications
    tab.
  2. Mark the checkbox next to the request, then select Send
    Send
    .
    The recipient will receive a follow-up email that includes a link to upload the requested files.
