iManage cloud connector

Follow these steps to connect iManage and CoCounsel.

Add application in iManage control center

  1. Sign in to Cloud iManage as an NRT administrator.
  2. Go to the
    Control Center
    .
  3. Go to
    Settings
    , then
    Applications
    on the navigation bar.
  4. Select
    Add Application
    .
  5. Search for
    Syncly
    and select
    Authentication
    .
  6. Edit the following options.
    • Authentication:
      Keep the default settings.
    • Access:
      Select
      All Users
      or
      Custom
      . What you select will dictate which people can authenticate the iManage Connector from CoCounsel.
    • Settings:
      Enter the host name
      xyz.syncly.io
      . Find the host name in the administrator settings and integrate page.
  7. Review and save your application.

Add the iManage cloud connector

  1. Be sure you are signed in to the application as an administrator.
  2. Go to
    Manage
    Admin Settings
    Integrations
    .
  3. Select
    New connection
    .
  4. Select iManage Cloud as your
    Connector
    .
  5. Select
    Add connector
    . The connector is added with an active state.
    When you add the connector, it's available for all other people to view in their list of external Document Management System (DMS) connections. Every individual runs through the authorization process the 1st time they sign in.
