Chat with the AI assistant

CoCounsel features are available through the AI Agent with a chat-first experience in Outlook. The chat appears in the panel of Outlook. You can access CoCounsel features using the same prompts that you would use on the CoCounsel platform, and you can enjoy a consistent design and experience.
  1. Select the menu in CoCounsel.
  2. Select
    New chat
    to create a new chat. The chat appears in a new window in Outlook.
  3. Enter your query or upload a document to begin interacting with the AI assistant.
  4. Select
    View All
    to expand the chat history and view earlier discussions.
