Learn to manage your databases

Expand the left menu.

Select Databases
. The Databases window will appear.

Use the three-dot menu in the column Actions
to share, rename, or delete the database:

Select Share
. The share window will appear.
Use the options to control access to the database, then select Share
.

Select Remain
. The rename window will appear.
Rename the database and then select Save
. The database will be renamed.

Select Delete
. The delete confirmation window will appear.
To continue, select Delete
. The database will be deleted.

Use other options to review your database:

To review sharing status, go to the column Shared with
and select the dropdown. The current shared status will appear.

To search your database, type a search into the box labeled Search
.

To filter your database, select the button Filters
. The filters sidebar will appear.
Set filters, then select Apply
.
