Upload files from external DMS to a database

You can select files from your DMS connector and upload them to a database:
  1. On the CoCounsel landing page, select
    Manage
    , then
    Databases
    .
  2. In the center pane, select
    Create new database
    .
  3. Select
    Upload from external DMS
    then
    New upload
    .
  4. Similarly to uploading files in the chat from you DMS Connector, your DMS Connector must be authorized and integrated with CoCounsel in order to view the files from your DMS.
  5. Mark the checkbox next to each file you want to upload then select
    Upload
    .
  6. Files from your DMS Connector will show in your database. You may need to refresh your browser to see files updated and reflected in your database.
