Form status in e-Form RS

The Status column of the My Forms list shows information about Current Year forms.

Available Soon: The form is almost ready to be released. We complete builds of e-Form RS 3 to 4 times a week and these are available in production the next day
Awaiting Approval: The form has been submitted for approval, but we cannot release it until we've heard from the state and we can't estimate the time frame for this approval.
Being Revised: We are revising a previously released form. The availability of the form will depend on the state's approval requirements.
Final NOT Available: The form has not been finalized by the state. Many forms are posted by states on their public web sites, but we are not allowed to reproduce those versions. We must wait for the state to make their vendor or substitute version available to us.
In Process: We are working on the form. These forms usually change to Available soon or Awaiting Approval, depending on approval requirements.
Unknown: This usually means that we've received a draft version of the form, which we cannot release. It can also show mean a new form has been added without a form image from the state.
