Email settings for firewall and spam filters

Automatic emails sent directly from our servers can be blocked by spam filters and firewalls. If you or your clients are not receiving emails sent from our servers, they may need to whitelist one or more of the IP addresses or domains.

Engagement Manager and GoFileRoom

The core GoFileRoom, FirmFlow, and Engagement Manager applications, all workflows, and all documents are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers instead of Thomson Reuters servers. Thomson Reuters does not directly support restricting access to Engagement Manager or GoFileRoom by IP addresses, either static or range-based.
  • If your firm chooses to limit internet access, we recommend that you control this by URL and allow
    www.gofileroom.com
    and
    www.engagementmanager.thomsonreuters.com
(and any others that may be necessary, such as for email, NetClient integration, etc.) and avoid IP address-based controls.
  • If your firm chooses to limit access by IP address, refer to the instructions provided by Amazon (using the
    US East 1
    ranges).
