Display the status of an engagement

The Status Dashboard in Engagement Manager gives a high-level overview of an engagement, including engagement properties, sign off information, open notes, and the status of associated workpapers.
You can use the following widgets in the Status Dashboard to display information about an engagement.
Available Documents
Displays GoFileRoom documents with corresponding index values that you can add to the engagement. This can help if the documents you'd like to add to the engagement were scanned to GoFileRoom using ScanFlow or added directly.
Confirmation
Displays the status of requests from Confirmation.
Engagement Notes
Displays open notes and the staff member assigned to them, and whether a note is high priority.
Engagement Properties
Displays properties (including type, status, and dates) of the engagement.
Workpaper Completion by Individual Sign Off
Displays the sign off types and the percentage of workpapers each individual has signed off.
Workpaper Completion by Highest Sign Off
Displays the sign off types and the number of workpapers each individual has signed off.
Workpaper Status
Displays the following status types and number of workpapers at each status.
  • Available
    : Workpapers you can access without GoFileRoom security restrictions.
  • Checked Out
    : Workpapers checked out for editing by your firm's staff members.
  • Deleted
    : Workpapers that were deleted from GoFileRoom and no longer connected by an Engagement Manager workpaper reference. GoFileRoom administrators with access to RecordsFlow may be able to restore deleted workpapers if they haven't been purged from GoFileRoom.
  • Locked
    : Workpapers locked by one of your firm's staff members, or workpapers for a finalized engagement.
  • Published
    : Workpapers published to ClientFlow.
  • Recycle Bin
    : Workpapers currently in the Engagement Manager recycle bin. You can restore or permanently delete these workpapers.
  • Warning
    : Workpapers that were edited after sign off and have an uncleared warning.
Guided Assurance - Engagement Procedure Progress
:
Displays an engagement's progress based on the number of procedures signed off with extra weight attributed to high-risk audit areas.
  • Overall Progress
    : Displays general and non-general audit program procedure’s progress by percentage.
    • Not Started
      : Procedures without comments or user-added workpaper references that have not been signed off.
    • In Progress
      : Procedures with comments and/or user-added workpaper references that have not been signed off.
    • Completed
      : Procedures that have been signed off.
  • All Areas
    : Displays the progress of all audit program procedures. Includes the Risk of Material Misstatement (RMM) values for assertions as High, Moderate, Low or No Risk (NR).
  • High Risk Areas
    : Displays the procedure progress and sign off percentage of all high risk audit programs. An audit program is considered high risk when the RMM determines 1 or more assertions as High or Moderate with significant fraud risk.
Guided Assurance - Points of Emphasis
List of key points or matters that you want to emphasize and monitor during the audit.
Guided Assurance - Identified Risks
Displays risks identified in the engagement and filters to focus on high risk areas. You can display and add risks that other users have identified in similar engagements.
  • All Areas
    : Displays default or user-entered risk and assigned assertions by audit areas.
  • High Risk Areas
    : Displays default or user-entered risk and assigned assertions for high risk audit areas.
  • Risk Identified in Similar Engagements
    : Select Open Risk Identified in Similar Engagements list to open. Displays a list of risks and associated assertions other firms might have considered for similar engagements. It's a collection of risks from the Guided Assurance databased funneled through an algorithm to remove repetition and mask any personally identifiable information. Only the most common risks that in multiple engagements are displayed.
