User preferences

You can set user-specific application preferences to define how you use Engagement Manager.

To start, open the

user menu for Engagement Manager and select Preferences
.

Preferences are available based on your product licenses and are organized by tab:

Display options: Use this tab to select your preferred starting screen and the way engagements are sorted. You can also mark the checkbox to open workpapers in view mode using a double-click.
Password: Use this tab to change your password. Enter your current password, then enter new password you'd like to use.
Multi-factor authentication: Use this tab to manage your multi-factor authentication settings.
Guided Assurance: If your firm is licensed for Guided Assurance, use this tab to enter your login information and agree to the license agreement and terms and conditions.
Confirmation: If your firm is licensed for Confirmation, use this tab to enter your login information.
