Show fund information on the Trial Balance tab

  1. Select a fund engagement.
  2. Select the
    Trial Balance
    tab.
  3. Select
    Setup
    , then
    Views
    .
  4. Choose the
    View
    you want to add fund information to.
  5. In the Funds section of the Views screen, select the fund level you want to show (for example:
    All
    ,
    Category
    ,
    Type
    , or
    Fund
    ), then use the
    Select
    button to confirm your choice.
  6. Mark the checkboxes for the categories, types, or funds, or funds that you want to appear.
  7. Select
    Done
    .
    The Trial Balance view displays information at all hierarchical levels below the level you select in addition to that level. For example, if you mark the
    Category
    checkbox and choose one or more categories to display, the current view will also display any type, fund, or sub fund information for those categories.
  8. Select
    Filter
    to filter accounts using regular expressions.
  9. Select
    Save
    .
