Modify Event Focus dialog

Use this window to modify the client status criteria used to focus a list of clients. You can choose to focus on one event or on multiple events at one time. If you choose to focus on multiple events, they’ll be saved in the
Recent filters
dropdown list.
To open this window, select
Modify
next to
Event
in any of the following windows:
Open Client
,
Backup
,
Send to…
,
Delete Clients
, or
Select Clients to Print
.

Fields & buttons

Select this option if you don't want Fixed Assets CS to limit the list of clients according to their status.
Use the dropdown list attached to this option to select
Logged
or
Not logged
, then use the
At event
dropdown list to choose an accompanying status event (for Logged / Not logged).
Use the dropdown list attached to this field to select a status event (if you selected
Logged
or
Not logged
in the adjacent field).
This field's name changes depending on whether you selected
Logged
or
Not Logged
from the dropdown list.
  • Clients logged anytime:
    Select this option to limit the client list to those clients who have had the selected events logged at any point in their status history.
  • Clients not logged anytime:
    Select this option to limit the client list to those clients who have
    not
    had the selected events logged at any point in their status history.
This field's name changes depending on whether you selected
Logged
or
Not Logged
from the dropdown list.
  • Only if most recently logged event:
    Select this option to limit the client list to those clients who have the selected events as their current status.
  • Only if not most recently logged event:
    Select this option to limit the client list to those clients who do
    not
    have the selected events as their current status.
This field's name changes depending on whether you selected
Logged
or
Not Logged
from the dropdown list.
  • Logged within the last [n] days:
    Select this option to limit the client list to those clients who have the selected events logged within the specified number of days. Use the accompanying field to specify the desired number of days.
  • Not logged within the last [n] days:
    Select this option to limit the client list to those clients who do
    not
    have the selected events scheduled within the specified number of days.
This field's name changes depending on whether you selected
Logged
or
Not Logged
from the dropdown list.
  • Logged between:
    Select this option to limit the client list to those clients who have the selected status events logged between the specified dates. Use the accompanying fields to specify the dates.
  • Not logged between:
    Select this option to limit the client list to those clients who do
    not
    have the selected events scheduled between the specified dates.
Select this button if you want to add multiple criteria to limit the client list. Use the
Logged/Not logged
fields to add additional criteria.
Select this option and use the adjacent dropdown list to select from criteria that you previously specified using this window. Note that this field is not available until you limit the client listing once using the previous fields.
This field displays all criteria specified using the fields on this window.
