Warning - Status System dialog

This window automatically opens if either of the following conditions exists.
  • You have previously set warnings for certain status events using the
    Discourage Access
    window, and
  • You attempt to open a client who has had one of those events logged (either as the most recent event or at any time, depending on the option you select in the
    Discourage Access
    window).
Use this window to either cancel opening the client or to proceed despite the warning. You can mark the
Enter reason for opening client despite warning
checkbox then select
Open Client
to enter a brief note regarding this action in the
Bypass Warning Reason - Status System
window. Notes entered in the
Bypass Warning Reason
window will be included in the client's status history, which you can view by selecting the down arrow next to
Client Status
Client status button in the toolbar.

Fields & buttons

This list displays the events logged for the current client that have status warnings attached. The list is sorted with the more recent events at the top. Fixed Assets CS will display only the most recent occurrence of an event, even if that event was logged multiple times.
Mark this checkbox and select
Open Client
to open the
Bypass Warning Reason - Status System
window. You can use this window to enter a note regarding this action. This note will be included in the client's status history, which you can view by selecting the down arrow next to
Client Status
Client status button in the toolbar.
