Print > Options > Contents tab (Inventory module)

Use this tab to determine the contents of the items inventoried, and whether or not the Notes / Questions section is included for the current worksheet.
To open this tab, open the Fixed Assets Inventory module, select
Inventory
,
Print
,
Worksheets
in the Inventory tab, double-click either the
New Asset Worksheet
or
Asset Detail Worksheet
, select
Options
, then the
Contents
tab.
To open the Print window for an inventory that's been finalized, select the inventory in the Inventory window, then
Reports
.

Fields & buttons

Lists the items to be excluded from the selected worksheet.
Lists the items to be included in the selected worksheet.
Mark this checkbox to include an area for notes and questions on the selected worksheet.
Select to set a default value to print for the selected item.
