Use this tab to set page layout options for the currently highlighted report in either the Selected pane of the Print window, or the
Setup
, Custom Reports
window.There are 2 ways to open this tab.
- Select a report or form in the Selected pane of the Print window,Options, then thePage Layouttab.
- SelectOptionsin the Custom Reports window, then thePage Layouttab.

- This tab is available for all forms and reports.
- If you select any of the duplex printing options, note that some combinations of operating system and printer can cause the back page to print upside down. If this happens, open the Select Printer window and select the appropriate option from theInvert duplex page 2 forfield.

Follow specification in Setup > User Preferences
Select this option to print the report or form using the options you selected on the
Page Layout
tab in the Setup
, User Preferences
window.1 printed page per sheet
Select this option to print 1 item per sheet of paper and to print on only 1 side of the sheet.
Duplex - 2 printed pages per sheet (use front / back)
Select this option to print reports or forms back to back.
2 Up - 2 printed pages per sheet (front only)
Select this option to print 2 items per sheet of paper and only on the front.
note
If you select this option, Fixed Assets CS compresses the font so that 2 items fit on a sheet of paper.
2 Up Duplex - 4 printed pages per sheet (2 front / 2 back)
Select this option to print 4 items per sheet of paper, 2 on the front and 2 on the back.

Print landscape
Mark this checkbox to force the report or form to print in landscape mode.
note
This checkbox isn't available for reports and forms that print in landscape mode by default.
