Options > Presentation tab

Use the Presentation tab to change the default presentation settings. You can specify a different sorting sequence: include subtitles, subtotals, and/or page breaks following each sort criteria in the printed report; sort case sensitively; print in ascending or descending order; and print only subtotals and totals for the report.
This tab can be accessed 1 of 2 ways.
  • From the Print window, select
    Options
    , then the
    Presentation
    tab.
  • From the Custom Reports window, select the report or form, then
    Options
    .

Fields & buttons

Mark this checkbox to print only subtotals and totals for the report.
When this checkbox is marked, no asset detail prints on the report. In addition, the
Sort by
and
Then by
dropdown lists only include the sort criteria for which subtotals are available.
Use the 1st dropdown list to select a category of sort criteria. Use the 2nd drop-down list to make a selection that pertains to that category.
Mark this checkbox if you want your report to display subtitles for each sort criteria (entered in the
Sort by
and
Then by
fields).
Mark this checkbox if you want your report to display subtotals after each sort criteria (entered in the
Sort by
and
Then by
fields to the left).
Mark this checkbox if you want to insert a page break after the specified sort criteria (entered in the
Sort by
and
Then by
fields).
Mark this checkbox to have Fixed Assets CS sort a specific sort criteria case sensitively. That is, entries for a specific sort criteria will sort alphanumerically starting with all entries in which the 1st letter is capitalized. Any entries that begin with a lowercase letter will sort alphanumerically after this.
Mark this checkbox to have Fixed Assets CS sort a specific sort criteria in ascending (A - Z) or descending (Z - A) order.
