Custom Reports > Layout > Calculated column

When defining a custom report, you may define a new column for the report, using customized calculations.
To open this dialog, select the Add Calculated Column button in the Custom Report Layout dialog.
If a value that you want to include is not available for selection in the Custom Report Layout dialog, you can create a formula that uses one or more values from the application in combination with values that you enter.
  • You can apply mathematical operators (add, subtract, multiply, or divide) when creating the formula.
  • When you print or view the report, Fixed Assets CS completes each component of the calculation by proceeding from left to right.
  • Because a calculated column is, by definition, a numeric column, the column width cannot be modified.
