Custom Reports > Layout > Column Properties

When defining a custom report, use the Column Properties dialog to define properties for the selected column.
  • If the column is
    numeric
    , you can use the Column Properties dialog to indicate whether the report should include subtotals and a grand total for the selected column. Note that the width of any numeric field is fixed and cannot be changed.
  • If the column is
    non-numeric
    , you can use the Column Properties dialog to adjust the width of the current column.
  • If the column is for a
    custom association
    , you can use the Column Properties dialog to adjust the width of the current column and indicate whether the report should include subtotals and a grand total for the selected column.
To open this dialog, select the Properties button in the Custom Reports Layout dialog.

Fields & buttons

Enter the desired column width in number of characters (based on the allowed character range shown in the Length group box).
Mark the
Total Column
 checkbox if you want the custom report to include subtotals and a grand total for the selected column.
