System Configuration > Data Locations tab

Use this tab and the Add Data Location window to add or edit data locations if you have multiple branches that are sharing the same installation of Fixed Assets CS. Any firm can add data paths, but it is rarely necessary in a single firm. Firms with multiple branches can use separate data paths to enable each branch to maintain separate configurable items, such as asset labels, custom methods, custom reports, and state calculations.
To open this tab, select Setup, then System Configuration, then the Data Locations tab.

This list displays any additional data paths that you have added to Fixed Assets CS. To remove a data path from this list, select it and select the Delete button. To add a data path, select the Add Data Location button.
Select this button to open the Add Data Location window, which you can use to create an additional data path for Fixed Assets CS. Any firm can add data paths, but it is rarely necessary in a single firm. If you have multiple branches sharing a single installation of Fixed Assets CS, creating separate data paths will allow each branch to maintain separate configurable items, such as asset labels, custom methods, custom reports, and state calculations.
Select this button to open the Modify Data Location window, which you can use to edit the paths or descriptions for any existing data locations.
Select this button to open the Transfer Configurable Files window, which you can use to move user configurable items (such as asset labels, custom methods, custom reports, import maps, state calculations, and status system events) from 1 data path to another. For example, multiple branches of the same firm that share an installation of Fixed Assets CS can copy custom methods and custom reports from 1 branch to all other branches.
Select this button to change the location of the Fixed Assets CS system configuration folder.
