Reassign Images dialog

Use this window to assign or reassign the selected image. An image can be associated with a single asset or with multiple assets.

Fields and buttons

The dropdown list for this field includes all of the images in the current client's Image Library.
This pane lists all assets that are available to assign or reassign to the selected image.
  • To assign the selected image to an asset, mark the checkbox beside the asset. (To assign an image to multiple assets, mark the checkbox for each of the assets.)
  • To remove the image from an asset, clear the checkbox beside the asset.
  • Activity
    : Select an activity from the
    Activity
     dropdown list to show only assets from a specific activity folder.
  • Situs
    : Select a situs from the
    Situs
     dropdown list to list only those assets that are assigned to a specific situs.
  • Association Value
    : Use the
    Association Value
     fields to customize this list to show associations that maintain lists. Note that you'll need to mark the
    Display
     checkbox that corresponds to the
    Association Value
     field before the column appears in the list.
To display only those assets contained in a specific activity folder, select that activity from the dropdown list.
To display all assets in all activities, select
(All Activities)
 from the dropdown list.
To display only those assets that are assigned to a specific situs, select the situs from the dropdown list.
  • To have all assets for all situses available for selection, select
    All Situs
     from the dropdown list.
  • To have all assets that are not assigned to any situs available for selection, select
    No Situs
     from the dropdown list.
Display column
Use the checkboxes next to the association titles to determine which columns are displayed in the Assets available to assign to the selected image list. Note that marking and clearing these checkboxes doesn’t affect the assets that are available to reassign.
Association Value
A field appears here for each association that maintains a list.
Use these fields to limit the assets that are available in the Assets available to assign to the selected image pane.
  • To include all assets that are assigned to a particular association, select
    (All [association])
     from the dropdown list.
  • To include only assets that are assigned to a particular association value, select that value from the dropdown list.
To include all assets that haven’t been assigned to a particular association, select
(No [association] association)
 from the dropdown list. For example, if you want to include in the list all assets that are not assigned to a location, select
(No Location association)
 from the dropdown list.
This shows the image that is currently selected in the
Select image
 field.
Select this button to enlarge the image.
To return to the normal view, perform one of the following steps.
  • Select any key.
  • Select the image.
