When you divide an asset, the next available asset number is automatically assigned to the new asset created by the division. Use this window to verify the asset number that is assigned to the new asset or enter a different asset number. Note that you can't enter the number of an existing asset.
This window opens automatically when you select window if you chose to divide by percentage or units.
