Menu commands

The menu commands you can access depend on whether the
Asset List
or the
Asset Detail
window is open and if they're relevant to the client and asset.
  • Add a new client.

  • Modify general information for the active client.
  • Close, save, rename, or delete clients.
  • Print forms or reports.
  • Print reports for the current asset.
  • Back up or restore client data.

  • Specify / invoke information for section 280F recapture for listed property with business use that has fallen below 50%.
