Export lookup lists to Excel

If you have administrative rights, you can export lookup lists as CSV files to Microsoft Excel.
note
If you don't have administrative rights, you can export lookup-list entries to Excel by viewing the lookup list and selecting the Excel button in the upper-right corner of the lookup list screen.
  1. Choose
    Administration
    ,
    Manage Fileroom
    from the GoFileRoom toolbar and select the
    Lists
    tab.
  2. Select the
    Manage lookup lists
    link.
  3. Select a drawer from the dropdown list for the
    Drawer
    field.
  4. Select a list from the dropdown list for the
    Lookup List
    field.
  5. Select the
    Export
    button.
  6. When prompted, select the
    Open
    button to view the file in Excel, or select the
    Save
    button to save the file to your computer.
  7. If you save the file, choose a location and file name in the
    Save As
    window, then select
    Save
    .
note
If you plan to use this file to import changes or additions to the lookup list, open the CSV in Microsoft Excel, choose
File
,
Save As
, and save the file as an XLS or XLSX file type.
