ClientFlow client setup

If you're able to do so, it's better to set up client portals in GoFileRoom instead of adding them up directly in NetClient CS.
If you set up the client portals in GoFileRoom, they’ll populate NetClient CS. But if you begin in NetClient CS, you'd need to add the portal again in GoFileRoom for the ClientFlow functionality.

Set up client portals

  1. Select
    Administration
    , then
    Manage Users & Groups
    .
  2. Select the
    ClientFlow Users
    tab.
A GoFileRoom administrator or GoFileRoom user administrator can set up client portals as indicated on the
Manage Users & Groups
screen.

Link ClientFlow portals to existing NetClient CS portals

If your firm has already set up NetClient CS portals for your clients in NetClient CS, you'll need to set them up again in GoFileRoom to use the ClientFlow functionality.

GoFileRoom integration

There are several advantages to using ClientFlow on the GoFileRoom application instead of using only File Exchange on the NetClient CS application.
Some advantages include the fact that it is more efficient, and it gives you unlimited storage capabilities, while NetClient CS limits the amount of storage space.
