NetFirm CS administration

ClientFlow leverages the portal system in NetFirm CS to make communication and data sharing with your clients safe and convenient.
To make that process work smoothly for your clients, you can take the following steps in NetFirm CS.

Configure NetClient CS notifications

Your firm’s NetFirm CS administrator can customize the template for email notifications using their NetStaff CS sign-in with administrator permissions. An optional but highly recommended step is to configure NetClient CS notifications.

Develop terms and conditions

Another optional but highly recommended part of portal registration is to have your clients accept your firm’s terms and conditions for portal usage. Your firm can develop specific Terms and conditions to help mitigate some liability.

Customize templates

Your firm can customize email notification templates to send to your clients when they forget their password or get locked out of NetClient CS. This step is optional but recommended.

Customize the client's view

We recommend you to customize the portal login screen that your clients observe when they sign in to their portal.
Many firms choose to include the NetClient CS and NetStaff CS sign-in screens directly on their website.
To do this, have your website administrator insert the appropriate code in the source code for your firm’s website.

View a portal as a client

It's helpful for some of your staff members to have the ability to view portals as the clients see them so that they can answer any questions that your clients may have.
To do this, those staff members will need to be set up as NetStaff CS users and given proper permissions.

Add links and news to the client's portal

Another NetFirm CS option that you may want to set up for your clients is to add links and news on the client portals.
