Create a new workflow in Manage FirmFlow

If you have administrative privileges, you can follow these steps to create a new workflow under an existing service type in Manage FirmFlow.
  1. Select
    Administration
    from the GoFileRoom toolbar and then select
    Manage FirmFlow
    .
  2. Go to the
    Lists
    tab and select a service type from the
    Service
    dropdown.
  3. Choose
    Workflow and Steps
    from the
    List
    dropdown.
  4. Go to the Workflow pane, enter the workflow name, and select
    Add
    .
  5. Go to the Workflow Steps pane, enter a workflow step, and select
    Add
    .
  6. Repeat step 5 for each step you want to add to the new workflow then select
    Save
    .
  7. Go to the
    Configuration
    tab and select a service type from the
    Service
    dropdown.
  8. Choose
    Workflows
    from the
    Category
    dropdown.
  9. Go to
    Select a Workflow to configure
    and select the workflow you just added from the dropdown.
  10. Fill out all required fields, FirmFlow Permission Groups, and Routing Pools and then select
    Save
    .
  11. Go to the
    Permissions
    tab and then choose
    Workflows
    from the
    Category
    dropdown.
  12. Choose your new workflow from the
    Workflow
    dropdown.
  13. Make sure all listed groups have the correct permissions then select
    Save
    .
