Turn on email notifications for FirmFlow workflows
You can set a preference to receive email notifications when FirmFlow workflows are routed to you or a group to which you are a member. To enable email notifications, follow these steps.
- Select your name, thenPreferences.
- Mark theFirmFlow Routing Notification (User)checkbox.
- Mark theFirmFlow Routing Notification (Groups)checkbox.
- SelectSave.note
- FirmFlow will not send a notification if you route a workflow to yourself or if someone with an invalid email address routes a workflow to you.
- You can mark both checkboxes in the Email Preferences section to ensure that you are notified for all workflows assigned to you individually and to groups to which you belong.
- If you have administrative privileges, you can enable detailed FirmFlow routing notifications.
- You must also mark theFirmFlow Routing Notification (Groups)checkbox for any groups that should receive these notifications.
- Enabling and disabling email notifications for FirmFlow workflows can be completed by Administrators on the Users tab of theAdministration,Manage Users, thenGroupsscreen.
