Configure QuickLaunch

You can configure the GoFileRoom QuickLaunch search feature to do the following:
  • Display the Search criteria screen before performing a search.
  • Automatically add a wildcard (*) at the beginning or end of a search phrase.
  • Search for documents or workflows, or open your FirmFlow My Work screen when you double-click QuickLaunch icon in your computer's system tray.
Follow these steps to change your QuickLaunch settings.
  1. Sign in to QuickLaunch, if necessary.
  2. Right-click QuickLaunch icon in your computer's system tray and select
    Change Settings
    .
    • In the
      View
      tab, you can change the settings to display indexes before running a search, and add a wildcard character to the beginning or end of a search phrase.
    • In the
      Default Menu
      tab, you can select options to set the double-click behavior of QuickLaunch icon in your computer's system tray.
  3. Select
    OK
    to save your changes.
