General

Changes
  • Email notifications sender name
    To help ensure that email notifications are received successfully by your staff and clients, we have updated system-generated emails (Sender Name) to Reuters and the sender emails address to no-reply@thomsonreuters.com.
Issues resolved:
  • Performance improvements have been made to improve the integration between GoFileRoom and SurePrep. Prior versions of GoFileRoom exhibited a delayed experience when performing the following actions:
    • Creating a new Binder and/or adding new documents.
    • The
      Select GFR Documents
       window may appear blank in SurePrep.
    New resources have been expanded to speed up the underlying notification systems that make document sharing possible and other notifications such as Alerts generated by GoFileRoom.
  • Performance Improvements have been made to the
    Security Report
     (
    Reports
    , then
    Security Report
    ).
  • We've resolved an issue that prevented the GoFileRoom
    Home
     screen from displaying under certain situations.
  • We've resolved the following error, 
    There are no documents available
    That previously displayed when attempting to Export multiple documents from the
    Document Search
     area.
  • We’ve addressed an issue witnessed when attempting to update Routing Information within a workflow. For example, when attempting to enter a user name, the application may have displayed a spinning wheel and displayed,
    An error has occurred. Please refresh your browser.

API

  • The Edit Workflow V2 API endpoint (firmflow/api/V2/Workflow/EditWorkflow), has been revised to handle Calendar and Fiscal year deliverables.
    • The deliverable will be added with the proper Year treatment, “C” or “F”, as specified in the master deliverables list.
    • The Due Date will now be updated from the master deliverables list. Allowing the currentDueDate and originalDueDate parameters to be left blank in the request body.
  • The Route V2 API endpoint (firmflow/api/V2/Route), has been modified and corrected to properly update the assignedTo field and presents as expected in GoFileRoom’s user interface.
