Email documents from the search results in GoFileRoom

Email documents as an attachment or a link from your GoFileRoom search results.
  1. Search for the documents you want to email.
  2. Mark the checkboxes for the documents you want to email. You can email up to 150 documents and select documents on multiple pages.
  3. Right-click and select
    Email Documents Using Outlook
    , then choose how you want to send the documents.
    • Native
      sends your documents without modifying them.
    • Zip
      compresses your documents and attaches them in ZIP format.
    • Link
      includes a link to your documents for your recipient to open in GoFileRoom. Your recipient can only open this link if they have a GoFileRoom subscription. Multiple documents will open GoFileRoom search results page with your documents.
  4. Enter your email information, then select
    Send
    .
note
  • If you have the secure PDF feature enabled, you'll have to enter a password that's at least 9 characters long.
  • You should send the password in a separate email.
  • Your recipient won't be able to alter the PDF if you use the secure PDF feature.
