TaxTools menu in Adobe Acrobat

The GoFileRoom TaxTools menu in Adobe Acrobat gives you quick access to a calculator, dual monitor settings, and expand all bookmarks options.

When you edit PDF files from GoFileRoom in Adobe Acrobat, you can use the following in the TaxTools menu.

Calculator

The calculator that opens is based on what is configured for your workstation. You can change the calculator by:

Going to C:\ProgramData\GoFileRoom\GFRAcrobat on your computer.

Open the gfrPDFModify.ini
file.

Update the path in the CALCULATOR row to point to the calculator file you want to use.

Save and close the file.

This option forces Adobe Acrobat to span two monitors. When you view two PDFs, the documents are maximized sid-by-side.

This option expands all bookmarks in the current PDF.
