We released an excel template for
Form 1042
and 1042-S
. The excel template uses the Tax Return Import method and an API call to complete the import.

You can download the templates for 1120 and 1065 on the File downloads page.You'll need a license for Data Connection to use that feature to import. Contact a sales representative for activation.
1040 and 1041 filers can use either the 1120 or 1065 tax application to e-file the forms as long as you have an EIN number. The IRS doesn't support SSNs in those schemas for the withholding agent.

We corrected the Form M4A - Appr/Fee detail minimum fee calculation.
Missouri
We updated the Composite 1040 tax rate to 4.95%.
Nebraska
We added print for Common NOL, Year 2014 under the summary option.
Ohio
We corrected the computation for Form IT K-1, line 2a so it doesn't include the net depreciation adjustment from line 2c for Form IT 4738 investors.
Ohio cities
We added the Sycamore township Kenwood-Central JEDZ as a generic city.
South Carolina
We updated the e-file so a diagnostic referencing “Schedule D/J: Officer name US address or Foreign address” only generates when needed.
Tennessee
We corrected the print for Form FAE 174, Page 1, Legal Name.
Texas
We corrected the print for Form 05-169 signature information.
