Register and sign in to TR Learning

If you're new to the Thomson Reuters Learning platform, you'll receive an initial
Learning Account Update
email notifying you that your account has been migrated to the new platform. It will also include your username and a link to complete your registration.

Sign in

To sign in, go to training-taxpros.thomsonreuters.com. Select
Select here to login
to sign in using your Thomson Reuters ID (TRID).
If you don't have a TRID, you can create one in My Account and select
Need an account? Create one now

Reset password

If you lose your password or can't access your platform with your current password, you can reset your password.
  1. On the sign in screen, select
    Select here to login
    .
  2. In the pop-up window, enter the email address that is linked to your profile.
  3. Select
    Reset your password
    . You'll receive an email with a link and instructions to reset your password.
If you can't remember your username or you didn't receive an email, contact TR Learning Support at TRlearning.support@thomsonreuters.com.
As an administrator, you can reset a user's password from the admin menu.
  1. Go to the
    Users
    list from the
    Admin
    dashboard.
  2. Find and hover over the user in the list and select the ellipsis button.
  3. Select
    Edit
    and enter a generic password twice.
  4. Switch the
    Force users to change their password at their first login
    option on.
  5. Select
    Update
    .

Self-registration

Most of the time your administrator will register users for your company. Some companies may let you to self-register yourself into the system. If you don't have an existing username and password, and have the ability to self-register, do the following:
  1. On the sign in page, select
    New User Registration
    .
  2. Fill in the required and recommend details in the pop-up sign in form.
  3. Select
    Register
    to continue.
  4. You'll receive an email with a link to verify your identity. Select that link to finish your registration.
