Forecasting reports

myPay Solutions Direct doesn't currently have forecasting reports. However, there are a few alternative reports available to help you determine the average number of full-time employees or your payroll costs for a specified period.
  1. Open the myPay Solutions Direct application.
  2. Select
    Print Reports
    from the left pane.
  3. Expand the list of reports.
  4. Select the
    myPay Cash Requirements and Deposits Report
    to get your actual payroll costs for a specified period and you can use those historical numbers to determine what your future payroll costs might look like.
  5. Select the
    Average Fulltime Employee Worksheet
    to determine the number of full-time employees for a specific time period (defined as 30 or more hours per week per ACA guidelines).

Other options

If neither of those reports work for your client or RA, you can have them create an On Demand payroll batch using myPay Solutions Direct to get updated numbers based on their current payroll situation.
  • Your client can enter different scenarios and use the preview payroll option to view cash required.
  • We don't provide this as a 1st option due to the risk of a client unintentionally submitting a payroll.
  • Warn the client about this and recommend they always cancel the batch.
  • If the cilent is using multiple payroll items, this option has limitiations and may require additional instruction.
