View secure messages in File Exchange

If you've received an email message stating that a secure message is available in your portal, follow these steps to view the message.
  1. In the Documents section of the Navigation pane, select
    File Exchange

    File Exchange
    isn't present, you don't have access to it.
  2. In the File Exchange screen, select the
    File Transfers
    folder.
  3. note
    • Check the email message about the secure message to find out which folder contains the message.
    • If you can't find the message, the file transfer location might have expired, which causes NetClient CS to delete the folder and its files. Check the expiry date in the email message about the secure message.
  4. Select
    Message
    .
  5. When you've viewed the message, select
    Close
    .
