Form 8975, Schedule A Tax Jurisdiction and Constituent Entity Information

Form 8975, Schedule A gets completed for each tax jurisdiction where the multinational group has at least 1 resident constituent entity.
In Schedule A, Part I, aggregate financial amounts get reported in U.S. dollars after GAAP for the constituents residing in that tax jurisdiction.
To provide a starting point and comparative value, the
8975 Schedule A Mapping Chart
allows you to cross reference accounts in your federal chart to the tax returns lines on Schedule A, Part I.
During the TAS compute, the system uses this mapping to transfer U.S. dollar amounts after book adjustments from the Working Trial Balance to the Form 8975 Schedule A Workpaper available in foreign and FTC binders (for entity types other than Top Consolidation and elimination).
