My to-do

The platform gives you the ability to associate a deep-dive link from a
To-Do
item to a specific location in ONESOURCE. You can set up links when you initially create the
To-Do
or later when you add, edit, or delete an existing
To-Do
.
The
My To-Do
lets you create a personal reminder of something you want to complete. Previously, this feature lets you create the
To-Do
by giving a description and add an optional due date.
When you are working in a ONESOURCE application:
  1. Select
    Add To-Do
    on the menu bar.
  2. Enter the
    To-Do
    text.
  3. Select the link icon and select
    Add link to current screen.
  4. Enter a due date, if applicable.
  5. Select
    Add
    to save the
    To-Do
    . This creates a link to the current screen.
  6. If you edit or remove the link prior to saving the
    To-Do
    , go to the location.
  7. Select
    Replace with link to current screen
    or
    Remove link
    .
  8. Select
    Add
    to save the changes. You can also edit or remove a link on an existing To-Do.
  9. You can deep-dive from a
    To-Do
    by selecting the link icon and going to the location in ONESOURCE.
  10. When viewing
    My To-Do
    , select the link icon on a specific
    To-Do
    and the application takes you to the linked location.

    Links only work when an application supports ONESOURCE features.
