Error: Invalid integer

Scenario

You may get this error when attempting to SET data to ONESOURCE Tax Provision.
Invalid integer.

Cause

This happens when there's an invalid mapping for the dataset component.

Solution

To resolve, review the formula for the cell in question by selecting the mapped cell and ensuring the data component's formatted with the dataset ID and not the cell value or dataset name.
For example, once you select the cell in question, you should see this for the dataset map: | 0:Dataset=123456 |
Examples of what would cause the error include:
  • | 0:Dataset=" & C1 & "|
  • | 0:Dataset=" 2016 FY Provision " |
You can update the dataset mapping manually by entering the dataset ID directly into the formula or by remapping the dataset field using the Workpapers Add-in Function Wizard.
