CS Payment accounts

We provide the CS Payment service to facilitate secure credit card and ACH processing. You can use CS Payment to process credit card and ACH transactions in Practice CS. If your firm uses NetClient CS portals, you can use CS Payment to accept credit card payments for invoices printed to NetClient CS.
With NetClient CS you can create a personalized, secure web space (a portal) for each of your clients. Your clients will sign in to their customized portals through your website, so security is preserved at all times. You and your clients can use NetClient CS portals in different ways, such as exchanging documents, gathering financial data, and accessing applications.
You can sign in configure CS Payment with any valid NetStaff CS account. If you don't have a NetStaff CS account:
  1. Go to
    Set up

    Firm

  2. Select the
    Billing and A/R
     tab.
  3. Select
    Set up CS Payment Account
    . 
CS Payment uses Kotapay to complete credit card and ACH processing transactions. Therefore, you'll need to set up a Kotapay account too.
