Select statement printing options

When printing statements, you can use the Options window to refine the set of statements to be printed based on client balances and/or invoice dates during the statement activity date range.
Follow these steps to access the Options window and adjust the printing options:
  1. Select
    File
    then
    Print Invoices & Statements
    .
  2. Go to the Statements tab.
  3. Select
    Options
    .
  4. Mark one or more of the
    Print statements for Clients with
    checkboxes:
    1. Mark the
      Debit balances
      checkbox to print statements for clients that have a debit balance. Enter a dollar amount in the
      Greater than
      field and/or number of days in the
      Older than
      field to further specify which statements to print.
    2. Mark the
      Credit balances
      checkbox to print statements for clients that have a credit balance.
    3. Mark the
      Zero balances with current activity
      checkbox to print statements for clients with a zero balance in the specified activity date range.
  5. If you want to omit clients with invoices in the specified activity date range, mark the
    Exclude: Clients with invoices in the activity range
    checkbox.
