Create and print labels

Labels can only pull information in the following categories:
  • Client
  • Contact
  • Firm
  • Office
  • Staff
The type selected determines the fields available to include on the label.

Setup

  1. Go to
    Setup
    then
    Custom Formats
    . When adding a new label format using the Custom Format Wizard, you'll need to select the label type based on the specific categories.
  2. In the Properties section there is a field for Column Count. The amount entered here will automatically reduce the width of the formatting area available for use.
    The height of the Detail band directly corresponds to the height of the label.

Printing

  1. To print labels, go to
    File
    then
    Print Labels and Letters
    .
  2. Client labels will only print the primary contact's information and will only print the address identified as the mailing address.
