Emails in Outlook drafts folder

If emails are being placed in the Outlook Drafts folder, you're required to open each notification in the drafts folder and send manually. This occurs if the
Save emails to Drafts folder (do not send)
checkbox is marked in any of the Print Selected screens.
To stop email notifications from being placed in the Drafts folder, clear the
Save emails to Drafts folder (do not send)
checkbox in any of the following Print Selected screens:
  • Print Reports.
  • Print Invoices and Statements.
  • the Review tab on the Billing screen.
