About office locations

Office location is a required field in TaxCaddy, FileRoom, GoFileRoom, and API submissions. Office location is required to calculate sales tax.
Firms can also use office location to restrict access to a binder or a TaxCaddy client based on the firm user's office location.
To add, edit, delete, or export office locations, go to
FileRoom

You can set custom Review Wizard settings per office location.
The following checkbox is auto-selected and grayed out: 
Checking this box will make Office Location a required field when creating a binder or TaxCaddy Client
.
Office Location appears as a mandatory field in the following instances:
  • Create New Binder window (FileRoom)
  • FileRoom > Edit Window (FileRoom)
  • Adding a new client (TaxCaddy)
  • Importing new client (TaxCaddy)
